RMA Service Request

 

If you need technical support for one of our products, please contact us via email at SD at avbb.net. Otherwise, you may follow these steps:

1) Fill out the form below. Please include as much information as possible in order to diagnose your technical or service issue faster.

2) Once submitted, you will get a separate confirmation email including an RMA number, in case you are asked to return the product.

3) Our Service Department will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions.

    • Be aware that there is a US$100 (non-refundable) evaluation fee for products out of warranty. This fee will be subtracted from the final repair cost if you decide to have the unit repaired with us.
    • If the unit is required to be sent to our service center, please write the RMA number outside of the box, as part of the shipping instructions provided by our Service Dept.
    • Customer or reseller is responsible for all shipping expenses to our service center (including taxes and customs duties, for international customers).
  • DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ACCESSORIES (such as power supplies, AC adapters, SFP modules, breakout cables, or carrying bags) WHEN SHIPPING YOUR UNIT TO OUR SERVICE DEPT. AVBB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING ITEMS
  • NOTE: Product is shipped back to the manufacturer in the manufacturer’s home country where the unit is inspected, repaired or calibrated, and tested as needed to meet their own quality standards.
  • Please be as detailed as possible in describing the problem that your unit is experiencing. You may also enter additional information that you want us to know, such as best time to contact you and your time zone.
