AaroniaUSA is proud to offer exceptional customer service, and backs all products purchased directly from us or from any of our authorized dealers with Lifetime English Technical Support, English Manuals and Product Documentation, Firmware Updates, an Extended Manufacturer Warranty, and a 30 Day Return Policy.
Located on the flash drive included with the purchase of your RF Analyzer is a document entitled “Print Out & Fax or Mail AaroniaUSA Product Warranty” or similar (file name may vary from product to product). Submission of this form, via email or fax, is all that is required to register your product and activate your 10 Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is designed to cover any manufacturing defects, damage incurred during normal use, full technical support, and product servicing. Batteries, value-added items (re-calibration, upgrades), and damage due to improper use may fall outside of warranty coverage. What is AaroniaUSA’s Return Policy?
30 DAY RETURN POLICY:
AaroniaUSA offers returns on direct sale items within 30 days of the date of purchase, should you find that the RF Spectrum Analyzer you purchased does not properly meet your application requirements. Most returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to accommodate the refurbishing, housing replacement, testing, and calibration required in order to resell a used RF Analyzer or Antenna. AaroniaUSA is unable to accept any returns on shielding materials, given the nature of the fabrics and their frequent use as bedding materials. Unauthorized third-party purchases of any AaroniaUSA or AaroniaAG (Germany-based manufacturer) product will not be accepted for return.
To avoid return occurrences, we strongly recommend that all customers speak directly with our Applications Specialist Team and confirm that your desired products’ specifications will be appropriate for your needs.
